Condolences
The Patrick Family, We were so very sorry to learn of Marilyn's death. She was an extraordinary person. Her kindness and giving to others was an awesome thing to experience and we were so blessed to know her. Our sympathy goes out to you all. Roger & Geri and family.
Sincere sympathies to the Patrick family from the Sharp family. Melissa, Bob and Robert. We didn't know Marilyn well but the few times we met her, including the time she drove my Aunt Betty here to Ohio to visit my dad, we knew she was special. She was a very caring person. She will be greatly missed but dearly remembered.
We are so sorry for the loss of Marilyn. We will miss seeing her and talking sports with her. She lives on through all of you. Our prayers are with you.
Jerry; Marilyn & I are so sorry for the loss of your sister marilyn. I have fond memories of her and your family. Please except our condolenses.
Tim, Angie, Misty, Kevin and Family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Marilyn was influential in so many ways to so many people.
I was very sad when I read of MARIYLN'S passing - then I thought back to the days when she played softball with my sister, Mariyln Jacaway, and my thoughts turned positive. Those two Marilyns could, and did, "play" the game with their hearts and souls. It was fun to watch them.
When I lost my sister a few years ago Marilyn paid her respects and now I want to pay my respects to the family/friends of Mariyln Patrick as I know she will be missed by those she has touched. She will be remembered and missed.
Marilyn was a wonderful lady. She has touched so many lives. I can't imagine anyone in this area that didn't know her personally. She will be greatly missed.
Marilyn has always been there for everyone. She has touched many hearts. She will be truly missed.
You always have been and ALWAYS will be in my thoughts and prayers!! I Love You Guys!! Call if you need me!!
Tim & Angie,
I am so sorry for your loss. I was heartbroken when I left you a few days ago for my 3 days off, knowing that sometime during that time, your hearts would be completely shattered. I prayed for you, and will continue to pray for you and your families. You guys are WONDERFUL. And God brought you along just when I needed a reminder of why I do what I do. I hope someday that my children are attentive and love me as much as you loved your mother. It was beautiful to witness.
I miss you guys. I am thinking about you. I love you both.
Regrets, Autumn (RN)
Marilyn was a great lady, she taught all of us plenty over the years.I will never forget toilet papering her trees every year.Tim,Angie,Misty and Kevin never forget how special she was and you are because of her.You are in my thoughts and prayers.
My heart is sad, but full. Marilyn was a special lady to so many. She babysat for my brothers and sister for awhile and was always kind and caring to us. She taught me how to properly hold a baby when Kevin was born. Didn't laugh at me once when I played softball. I saw her as this "behind the scenes" type person that let everyone else shine. Like an angel on earth, she took such joy from that! RIP Marilyn! Keep watching all of us on the giant MEGATRON in heaven! I hope we are still making you smile!
Marilyn helped us so much when we lost Brian. She gave us inspiration and hope at a very dark time. She made the world special just by being herself. There are many tears in our heart. God Bless you Tim, Angie, Misty and Kevin.
Tim, Angie, Misty, Kevin and family, I am so sorry for your loss and will keep you in my prayers.
My prayer and hugs go out to everyone of you. she will be miss
Dear Misty & Kevin & Family: our hearts hurt for you! We know how much your Mom will be missed! We pray God will hold you each very close and help you through this very sad time. Part of Marilyn lives on in you!
I have fond memories of Marilyn while growing up on Pickett Street. Always the athlete, Marilyn proved girls could be just as good as, and in her case often better than boys. Keeping pace with her brothers at every step. Truly a jewell of Girard, she will be missed by many, but never forgotten. A hard worker who was a brilliant example for us all, she brought out the best in everyone she encountered. Your final "out" called, enjoy your rest in your new clubhouse Marilyn. To her family and friends my deepest sympathy, but I know your memories will bring you more laughter than tears, so keep them close.
Friends Who Share
There are those friends with whom you share The finer things of life, Those moments when your spirit soars Above earth's toils and strife To lofty peaks and higher plains With God aabove the clouds, Where peace and sweet surrender blend And love your soul enshrouds.
There are those friends who understand That deep within your heart Are secrets that lie buried, Happy things you need impart To someone who will listen, Whose spirit seems to blend With yours, and in so doing Reaffirms, "I am your friend."
There are those friends who often share Just how they feel inside, Those who have had their cup of joy But who have often cried. Because there have been happy days And days of sorrow too, Be grateful if you have a friend Who shared these things with you.

I will truly miss my dear friend and outstanding umpire partner for the past twenty years. She always had a positive attitude and went out of her way to help everyone. May God give you the job of only having to umpire first base.
May God Bless you all and put his healing hands on your hearts. Marilyn was a wonderful woman who touched many lives and will be missed. Her memory will live on through you and all of us touched by her in some way.
I was shocked & saddened to see this. My sincere sympathies to her family. I only saw Marilyn when I came to visit Leon - but over the years, she gave me the impression of being one terrific, caring, hard working lady! I'll never forget when she went to considerable effort to locate my number and call me because she was worried that she couldn't reach Leon, yet knew she was home. That was Marilyn, always watching out for someone that needed it. May God give you all strength in the days ahead as you deal with your heartache.
RIP Marilyn, you've definitely earned those wings!
Thanks for everything you did for the kids in LL, just being a super friend, and spent a lot of time in years gone by. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your loss. We'll miss her too! God took a very talented and giving person in Marilyn

When I first came to Girard to operate the Grub N Pub. Marilyn was one of my first customers to welcome me to the town and was a loyal customer till I left. She will be in my prayers.
Now there is one more angel in heaven to watch over us all. Keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers. Love you.
Marilyn you will be missed. my prayers are with you and your family.

My sincere sympathy to all of Marilyn's family. I remember her well from growing up on Picket Street, watching her "catch" Jerry and Joe pitch, and her playing softball. An incredible athlete herself, willing to help others with their athletic dreams, and fairminded in providing opportunities for all. May your many memories provide comfort now and always.
