I am sad to hear of your mom's death. She was a very nice lady and I got to know her better when you and I were in Rainbow Girls. Mom has always spoken highly of her, too.

So sorry to hear of Ilene’s passing she was such a sweetheart! My mother Bernadine Pocklington passed in early January and they enjoyed each other’s company at Morris Farm. My sincere sympathy!

Nancy I am so sorry to hear this, also to read the obituary and learn that Buddy had passed also. I had planned to come for the service, but the weather has put a stop to those plans. Please give Brenda my condolences too.

It was a privilege to call Ilene a friend - I was always glad for a chance to chat with her when I visited my brother Ralph at Morse Farms. She was a very special lady - my sincere sympathies.

Ilene's smile and cheerful demeanor will be sorely missed at The Village at Morse Farm by my mom, Dora Warren, as well as all those who shared their lives together there. Our heartfelt sympathy to Ilene's family.

The kids and I loved Aunt Ilene so very much and she will be dearly missed. She gave the best hugs in the world. We loved coming over to watch John Wayne movies with her and visit. She also was a pillar in the community in so many ways. Our prayers go out to all the family during this difficult time.

My sympathy to the family and friends of this kind and endearing woman who always made me feel like a long lost friend whenever I would see her in church while visiting with my own Mother. It is a great sadness and a great loss in my heart to hear of her passing but I know that this lovely woman will be sitting at the back of the heavenly church handing out hugs and pats on the back and greeting all who come in as a long lost friend. Godspeed Ms Ilene.

I am so sorry for your lost she was a wonderful person and I loved talking to her about everything rest in peace ilene God has another angle.

Ilene was one of my family favorites...Thoughts and prayers to her beloved family. She was one of God’s best!

I met Ilene many years ago at Sunshine manor, I took care of her sister, Mildred. She visited often and we became friends. Every once in a while our paths would cross. We had not seen each other in years until we met at the Village at Morse Farms. My daughter, Kelsey is assist manager there. We didn't miss a beat, her smile, and warm greetings was still the same. Sorry for your loss. She was a warm loving person and I'm glad we met up again.

Ilene was a beautiful person. We could always count on her to greet us at church with a smile and a hug.

We sure will miss her.
