Condolences
I knew Chris earlier in the Marine Corps. Chris always had a smile that would make anyone’s day much better. Many prayers for the Edwards’ family. May God comfort you during this time. Semper Fi Chris.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. He will be greatly missed
We have you all, as well as Chris in our thoughts and prayers. John and Mary Rego
A better man I have yet to meet. Spent many a day at Beaver Dam as a coworker and friend. Every day was different and yet the same. If you needed something he he was there. If you needed someone to listen, he was there. He will be missed by many but forgotten by no one who had met him. Rest in peace my friend

I was in Chris’s class K-12. I always got a kick out of thinking about how he was the littlest guy on the football team our freshman year and then when I saw him several years after high school he had turned into this big burly guy. All of us in his class have been texting and messaging each other hese last few days and we’re all very sad that this has happened and we wish his family the very best during this difficult time. I’ve been trying to think since I heard the news and I can’t remember one single person that didn’t like Chris. He was a really good guy. God bless and keep you, brother.
Chris- I’m so grateful you were in my life. You were always my morale compass. Even though you are not here physically, you’re never gone from my world while I have the memories of our friendship. Damn, we laughed hard together no matter our ups or downs...and Lord knows we had plenty of both. Whether sharing an MRE, soaked to the bone, on a rainy, Thanksgiving day, while deployed in the dirt or drinking a Corona under the SoCal sun while chillin’ in the rear with the gear, we always managed to have a blast. Besides how many people can say they managed to back down a whole gaggle of lieutenants with a staunch war-face and command voice or kidnapped a Corporal for an afternoon of day-drinking or stayed out past eleven on a school night and burned through six weeks of per diem in one outing…oh and who can forget the red popcorn incident! Yessir, the stories we created. Well here we are, parting ways until we meet again at the Warrior’s Table on the other side. Don’t forget to look in on me from time to time ‘cause I still need that. I won’t forget your last words to me…”’Til Valhalla”. Semper Fi, Pally. I love and miss you already. Your friend, Darren.
